2025 Burner Guidelines: Accepting Deliveries for Annual Prepaid Tenants Only

Receiving packages is a courtesy we provide to our annual pre-paid tenants. Because we have very limited storage space this year, only a few items will be accepted per tenant. Restrictions are listed below.

If we have prior authorized access to your unit, we will be happy to place packages inside. Also, to ensure accurate delivery to you, the following steps must be completed:

• Make certain the correct Name and Unit # is on each package

• When there are several campmates, the name of the person who is on the rental contract must be on the package. If we don't recognize a name, we will NOT accept the package.

• Only the person on the contract or someone with authorization and ID will be able to pick up packages, and must pick up all of the packages. Update your authorization list prior to arrival at PSP Mini-Storage.

• Food items will not be accepted.

• We do not track, count or accept responsibility for your deliveries. We will not be able to tell you if your package has arrived.

• Any of the following large items (over 50 lbs) will be charged a handling fee (CASH ONLY) as follows:

Due to the liability, we will NO LONGER accept E-Bikes.
