4 Tips to Successfully Get Ready for Burning Man

What are your access hours during the weeks leading up to and immediately following the event?

Our Regular office hours are Tuesday – Saturday 9am to 6pm. Gate hours are 6am to 9pm. During Burning Man, we will be open Sunday and Monday August 30th and 31st & September 6th and 7th to assist in your arrival and departure from the premises.

Is the storage area secure, and are my goods covered by insurance, or do I need to provide my own?

Our facility is completely fenced with continuous 24-hour video surveillance. Insurance is optional, but recommended. It protects your belongings from fire, theft, and weather damage.

Can I access the unit 24/7 during Burn week?

Due to the immense responsibility for our manager, we will no longer have 24-hour access, but there are exceptions. If you are going to arrive after 9:00 pm, please call a couple of days before you arrive, and we will allow you access.

Are there restrictions on storing fuel or hazardous materials?

• Do not fill or empty gas cans, generators or any fuel powered equipment at PSP Mini-Storage. Make sure all containers are closed tight and propane tanks are empty and shut off. Other than water and ice, do not empty fluids onto the asphalt.

• Lithium batteries are no longer allowed to be stored at PSP. You will need to take batteries for Ebikes and other battery operated equipment out of the facility.
